This programme combines food introduction and sleep guidance, following Amanda’s four-stage
method, without cry out methods or controlled crying.
It starts with a review of your current 24-hour schedule to create a tailored programme which combines naps,
nap duration, wake windows, quiet time periods, bedtime and settling, night wakes and dropping sleep
associations. The aim is for your baby to be eating nutrient-rich meals and sleeping through the night, having
learnt the art of self-settling by end of the two-week programme.
