Ella, now aged 4, has literally been attached to her bottle since birth. She would easily drink three bottles of 180 ml of milk nightly before bed and again in the morning, as well as other feeding challenges.
Amanda’s Programme has been game changing for my family.
It took only ONE night on the Programme (with Amanda’s bottle fairy help!) to get Ella off her milk addiction and out of her pull-ups. Literally one night and no more issues – I am still shocked. She is sleeping so much better and is less cranky.
The first night (before we had even officially started!) Ella went to sleep WITHOUT her milk bottle – her own decision after I had a chat with her about what we were planning to do starting Wednesday) She asked to “practice” last night!!
We also decorated our beautiful reward jars. she can’t wait to fill them! My 6-year-old wanted to make one too.
Ella is out of pull-ups at nights and off bottles of milk. I can’t wait to work on her eating habits and getting to bed earlier this next week.
And as for Hannah (age 6) – you helped me realize how much she wanted “mummy time” just before bed… just 10-15 minutes.
